How long will it take to make a box?
Typically we can have a box ready to ship in two to three days.
How long for shipping?
Shipping depends on where you're located and which service you select.
Standard (free) Shipping to the US usually takes about 2 weeks.
Standard (free) Shipping within Canada usually takes about 1 week.
Standard (free) Shipping international usually takes about 3 weeks.
Expedited Shipping cost varies depending on location, but typically takes about 2-4 business days to arrive. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns.
Can you engrave the ring box?
Yes, we have the ability to laser etch the bottom of the Helix and Eclipse ring boxes and their slim counterparts.
Do you offer a warranty?
Each ring box is built to last a lifetime. If you have an issue with your ring box please contact us and we will be happy to repair or replace it should the need ever arise.
Can you make a box for two rings?
Depending on the total width of the two rings, we can certainly modify a box to fit both. Please use our contact form to inquire about specifics
What are the dimensions?
The standard Helix and Eclipse ring boxes are approximately 2-5/8" in diameter and 1-3/4" tall.
The slim versions are approximately 2-5/8" in diameter and 1-1/8" tall.
The Focus is the same size as a Canon 18-55mm lens.
